Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms apply to all orders placed on auriqelle.shop. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you accept these terms. You can save or print this page at any time.
1. Who we are
auriqelle.shop is run by JG GLOVER & CO. LIMITED, trading as AURIQELLE, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company number and registered office are on the Legal Information page. You can reach us at support@auriqelle.shop or +44 7751 554069.
2. Who can buy
Our shop is for consumers aged 18 or over buying for their own use, for delivery to the countries listed on our Delivery page. We do not sell for resale or to businesses buying in quantity.
3. Products and images
Each product page describes the knit: stitch, fit, measurements, composition, care and what is in the parcel. Product images show the design, colour and stitch of each knit; colours can look slightly different on different screens. The wind rating (Force 1–8) is our own guide to the weight and warmth of a knit compared with our other knits; it is not a technical or thermal performance rating. Items shown together in a photo are sold separately unless the product title says it is a set; a set lists the number of pieces it contains.
4. How the contract is made
- You add items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details and choose a payment method.
- Before you order, you see a summary of the items, the total price, the delivery charge and the currency. You can correct your entries at any time before you place the order, using the back button of your browser or the links in the cart and checkout.
- By clicking Place order and pay, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.
- We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away. The contract is concluded when we send this order confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is no longer available, we tell you and do not take payment, or refund it in full straight away.
The contract language is English, or the language of the shop version you used. We store the contract text (your order details and these terms); you receive the order details by email and can view them in your account if you have one.
5. Prices and currency
All prices are final prices for the goods. Delivery charges are added at checkout and are shown before you place your order. Our prices are set in US dollars. If you choose another currency (EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF or CAD), prices are converted using the European Central Bank reference rates, updated daily, and rounded. You pay exactly the amount and currency shown at checkout; your bank may charge its own fees for payments in a foreign currency.
For deliveries across a customs border, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may be charged by the destination country on delivery; they are not included in our prices (see Delivery).
6. Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, depending on what is available at checkout for your order. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment providers on PCI DSS certified systems; we never see or store your full card number.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and within the times shown on our Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you have named. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full withdrawal information, the model withdrawal form and our return process are on the Returns & Refunds page. You can withdraw online on our withdrawal page.
9. Cancellation before dispatch
You can cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched by emailing us with your order number. We refund the full amount, including delivery.
10. Faulty goods and legal guarantee
We are responsible for goods that are faulty or not as described. You have the statutory rights of your country of residence, including, in the United Kingdom, the rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, in the European Union, the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee.
11. Promotions
We are not running any promotions, discount codes or special offers at the moment. If we offer one in future, its conditions (period, eligible products, how it is applied) will be shown next to the offer and will apply in addition to these terms.
12. Legal and export restrictions
We only deliver to the countries listed on our Delivery page. We do not sell to persons or countries subject to UK, EU or US sanctions. Some countries apply import restrictions or taxes to textiles; you are responsible for any import formalities in your country.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud and under mandatory product liability law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, contact us at support@auriqelle.shop. We aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your country.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this site when you place your order applies to that order.
