Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Use the form below: enter your details, check them, then confirm. You will see a confirmation with the date and time straight away and we send the same confirmation to your email address.

You do not need an account. If you have one, you also find a Withdraw from contract here link next to each order in your account.

What happens next

1. We email you the return address and a return reference within one business day.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal, unworn and with the labels on.
3. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until the items are back with us or you have sent us proof of posting.
